Questions, answered
What is the minimum deposit?
Live access requires a first deposit into your FlyRail wallet. The amount depends on your partner tier and is confirmed during onboarding. Sandbox access is free and needs no deposit.
Who can apply?
Registered businesses: banks, fintechs, travel apps and corporates. You will need your CAC registration details, director information and any regulatory licence that applies to your business.
How long does approval take?
You can build in the sandbox the moment you register. Compliance review starts when you submit your onboarding. We will tell you what is missing instead of leaving you waiting.
How do refunds work?
When an airline approves a refund, the amount is credited back to your wallet, less any non-refundable fees, and you get a booking.refunded webhook. Your own customer refunds are handled on your payment gateway.
Which airlines are supported?
We connect to airlines running Crane (Hitit) or Videcom. Live airlines are announced as each agreement is signed; the sandbox uses realistic mock airlines so you can test every path.
Do you handle my customers’ card payments?
No. Your customer pays you on your own gateway. FlyRail only moves money between your prepaid wallet and the airline.
