Who these terms cover
FlyRail is a product of Alistech Services Limited ("we"). These terms govern your use of the FlyRail website, partner portal, sandbox and API. By registering you confirm you are authorised to bind your business.
Sandbox and live access
Sandbox access uses test data and carries no booking commitments. Live access is granted after compliance approval and a qualifying wallet deposit, and may be suspended if we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
Wallet and payments
Bookings are paid from your prepaid FlyRail wallet. Amounts are held when you create a booking, captured when the ticket is issued and released if issuing fails. FlyRail does not process your customers’ card payments.
Your responsibilities
Keep API keys secret, provide accurate passenger data, and make sure your own customers receive the airline’s fare rules and conditions.
Availability
We target 99.9% availability for the API. Airline systems are outside our control, and we will show degraded connectors on the status page.
