Our approach
FlyRail is a product of Alistech Services Limited, the data controller. We design FlyRail around the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023: collect what we need, protect it, and keep it only as long as necessary.
What we collect
Partner account details (name, email, phone, business and director information), passenger details you submit when booking, and technical logs such as IP address and request IDs.
Why we use it
To provide the service, verify partners, issue tickets with airlines, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and support you.
Who receives it
Airlines receive the passenger data needed to issue tickets. Service providers such as our payment and hosting providers process data on our instructions.
Your rights

Retention
Airline request logs are kept for 90 days. Ledger and booking records are kept as long as financial regulation requires.
