For passenger data you send us, you are the data controller and FlyRail acts as a processor, acting only on your documented instructions and the airline’s ticketing requirements.
Safeguards
Encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, role-based staff access, audit trails, and breach notification procedures aligned with the NDPA 2023.
Data processing terms
A data processing addendum is included in the Partner Agreement.
